First I felt the professionalism when I walked in the door. Then everybody was really nice and caring. Dr. Puppala listens and he also was very professional and concerned. If you ask questions he will take his time and explain every thing to you...And he takes his job seriously. I have no complaints. I'll rate the whole offc staff a big 5.

Dr. Yerramsetti is very knowledgeable and professional, he values his patients. The front office staff and medical assistant at the Dotson Road location are very customer oriented and professional.
