Although I appreciate and like Dr. Puppala, I am so disappointed that his staff did not fax to Methodist Willowbrook Hospital an order form for a Sleep Study on the day that we visited March 31, 2023. Since I had not received a call from the Hospital, I called the Hospital on April 5 and they told me that they had not received the order. I called Dr. Puppala’s office same day and finally on April 6 I did get a phone call from Dr. Puppula’s staff that they had faxed the order form. If I had not called the Hospital, this order would still be in his office. I felt like patients are not a priority to the staff.
