The office is efficiently run. The medical assistants are kind and helpful.
Dr. Puppala and Dr. Yerramsetti are very experienced and kind. The listen and have improved my breathing when other doctors couldn't. I highly recommend this practice!

I needed surgery but developed a lung infection just prior the scheduled date. Dr. Puppala fit me in and got me started on antibiotics so that I would be able to withstand the anesthesia for the surgery in time. Very impressed and grateful. I have recommended him before, as I’ve always been pleased with his treatment of my various lung conditions.

I really like the doctors and the staff, but the software and scheduling are a hot mess. I get flooded with emails and texts and robo calls when my appointments approach. This time Dotson was closed and I got no less than 4 phone calls telling me I had to reschedule or go to Huffmeister- three of those calls AFTER I’d already said I’d go to Huffmeister. The flood of calls, emails, and texts is almost enough to have me seek alternatives. I recommend the doctors but be prepared for some awful back office support.

Dr. Puppala carefully examines the patient and medical records. He has an uncanny ability to spot changes in health and to recommend remedies. His assistant is always friendly and competent. I feel well cared for.

Dr. Puppala is a highly knowledgeable Pulmonary Practitioner. I have known him for over ten years. He really helped my Sleep Apnea.
