Dr. Phan is a native of Pennsylvania. She holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University and earned her medical degree from Tulane University. She completed internal medicine residency and then pulmonary and critical care fellowships at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Phan is a member of the Harris County Harris County Medical Society and the Texas Medical Association, the largest county and state medical associations in the nation, committed to improving health for all Texans.
